Selling apartment after roof is out of date

|

I have always loved the changing seasons in CO Springs! No matter the current weather, there is something current to look forward to just around the corner! I adore water sports during the balmy summer time months and skiing during the colder winter season season! Spring and fall are just gorgeous times of year! Last year, CO Springs experienced record-setting amounts of snowfall.

It was a constant struggle to get my automobile in and out of the driveway.

I spent hours shoveling walkways, brushing off the automobile and scraping ice from the windshield, however the drifts piled up so high that there was nowhere to put all that snow. It never occurred to me that the weight of the snow on my roof could be a problem. I should have paid more attention to the condition of the gutters, integrity of the roof and large icicles along the overhand. Icedams built up and during the middle of the night, a portion of my roof collapsed. I was genuinely lucky to avoid injury, however, the damage to the roof, ceilings, walls and floor was expansive, however furnishings and rugs were ruined. There were troubles with the electrical, plumbing and Heating plus Air Conditioning system, however because of HVAC duct getting separated and crushed, I could run my heater. The temperature dropped well into the drawback digits and my water pipes froze. I had a large mess on my hands. I was looking at a large investment of time, money and effort for repairs. I couldn’t even remain in the house! After weighing various chances for moving forward, I decided to sell the house, and conventional real estate listings weren’t viable, which led me to a money buyer. I found a family-owned real estate corporation with a solid reputation throughout CO Springs and the surrounding areas.
